All product and service prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Some products or services may be available exclusively online through our website, and these products or services may be available in limited quantities and cannot be returned or exchanged except in accordance with our return policy.

We have done our best to display the images and colors of our products on the website with great accuracy so that they appear in the same way they appear in our stores, however we do not guarantee that your computer or mobile screen will display any of the colors with the required accuracy. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, and all product specifications and prices may be changed at any time without prior notice as we deem appropriate. We cannot guarantee that the quality of any of our products, services, information, or other goods purchased from us will meet your expectations, or that any errors that may occur in our services will be corrected.

Shopping Cart

We reserve the full right to limit the number of selected items per person, per household, or per order in the "Shopping Cart".

The order limitation system applies to items ordered from the same account or the same credit card, as well as orders using the same shipping or billing address. We will send a notification to the customer if the item limitation system is applied to their account.

Promotional offer items are not added automatically to the shopping cart (if the customer does not add the free product for 1+1 or 2+1 offers, the product will be delivered at its original price).

Accuracy of Account Statements and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order submitted to us, as we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities sold per person, per household, or per purchase order. These restrictions may include purchase orders placed under or through the same customer account or the same credit card and/or purchase orders using the same account statement and/or delivery address. If we change or cancel a purchase order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you via email, text message, the account statement address, or the phone number we obtained when you placed the order. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear, at our discretion, to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors of our products.

You agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information whenever you wish to purchase anything from our store, and you also agree to update your account information and other information as it changes, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions on the website and communicate with you when needed.

Payment

The website offers the ability to purchase products or services online and pay the required amount via the internet through advance payment using Mada, Mastercard, and Visa cards, or through direct bank transfer to one of our bank accounts, or through cash on delivery, noting that all cash payment methods must be in Saudi Riyals and through Saudi banks only, via the electronic gateway of our banking service provider.

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive an on-screen notification immediately upon acceptance of the payment process. We bear no responsibility if the payment process is rejected or cancelled by the credit card service provider for any reason. You must confirm with the credit card service provider bank the reason for the rejection.

We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes, and communications to and from the service provider's website are also encrypted.

We do not provide any payment information processed through the website to other companies or individuals unless requested by an official legal authority. This information is processed by our payment officer.

You must ensure that the information related to the credit card you use for electronic service payments is correct, valid, and accurate, and you must use a credit card that is legally yours. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the electronic services with any third party, except for verifying the legitimacy and authenticity of the information, or when required by law, legal regulations, or a court order.
