Order Cancellation
Order cancellation by Sehet Zeina Pharmacy: We reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:
1 – Rejection / non-acceptance of the payment process.
2 – If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, or if the contact information is incorrect, or due to inability to reach the customer.
4 – The customer's absence or delay in receiving the order for more than 7 days to collect their online-paid order for the “Order and Pick Up from the Pharmacy” service.
Sehet Zeina Pharmacies are committed to providing the best possible customer service, and therefore for any wholesale sales exceeding 8 pieces of the same item per customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order according to management directives.
Order cancellation by the customer: To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You may cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you. If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or sent, cancellation fees will be charged. We reserve the full right to match the time at which your order was shipped with the time at which you submitted the cancellation request.
We are unable to provide / deliver the requested product / service within a reasonable time frame, which is two working days from the order confirmation date.
Delivery Information
1 – The company may modify the delivery schedules for products in the event of emergencies, accidents, or any other technical issues. The company also has the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery date as deemed appropriate according to the company's circumstances.
For a reason attributable to the customer, or due to the customer personally receiving the order after the shipment process has actually been carried out.
2 – The date of the shipping process depends on your purchase order, in terms of the city and payment method. Please note that reservation orders are not included within the standard shipping timeframe summarized below.
3 – The maximum delivery period is 7 working days, depending on the type and quantities of the items.
4 – Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. To review the estimated delivery date and time, please refer to the product page. The product page is regularly updated based on the latest information.
5 – Delivery also depends on the customer's acceptance and scheduling of the delivery appointment with the Sehet Zeina Pharmacies team and other companies that will carry out the delivery, or with the shipping team. If the customer cannot be reached at the scheduled time, a delay in the delivery of the shipment will occur without any liability on the part of Sehet Zeina Company.
Please note that purchase orders from customers whose place of residence is not specified in the list of cities and neighborhoods in the shipping address may be cancelled directly by Sehet Zeina Pharmacies.
If a purchase order is placed on our website for both large and small products together, the products may be delivered to the specified location but in different shipments and at different times.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product or if there is a defect in the product, you may within (7) days of receiving the product submit a “Refund / Product Return Request” to return the product to Sehet Zeina Pharmacy.
Exceptions:
In accordance with public health and hygiene laws, health and beauty products (shavers, hair removal devices, oral and dental care devices, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect within (7) days.
Items that must be stored in a refrigerator, such as insulin and hormones, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that must be kept at a constant temperature, such as baby milk and baby food, cannot be returned or exchanged, in order to protect your health in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
Products dispensed through medical insurance cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case of returning items from 1+1 or 2+1 offers or a discount on the second item, the complete offer bundle must be returned.
In the case of returning offer items, the entire offer bundle must be returned at the value at the time of the offer.
If the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged. In the case of return for other reasons (the customer's need to exchange the product or a general change of mind), shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
When preparing to return the product, it must be in its original condition with all accessories and the attached instruction booklet. We do not accept returns of products that have scratches or were damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using an incorrect voltage. We reserve the right to approve the acceptance of returns of products that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
Regarding transactions paid on the website, if the return process takes place at the pharmacy, the amount will be refunded in cash. However, if the user requests cancellation before receiving the goods, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account at the bank within 7–14 working days.
